We went to viva to celebrate a birthday, I was the only vegan out of 4 everyone loved their food, son and grandson had pizza, Husband had the pasta dish I had black bean burger. we started off with the nachos, which were so yummy! everything was excellent, food service and location!
Parking near here is sort of a bear, but the food is good so we tough it out.
I have highly reactive Celiac Disease, and eating at Viva Tacoma is always easy. The servers take note of additional food allergy issues and check with the chef to provide a safe and delicious dining experience. Viva Tacoma is one of our favorite places to eat.

Food was especially good. The Tofu Alfredo hit the mark. I wished I took a picture of my plate before I finished. (Note my wife's plate as well equally empty). Great food and will return.

Wildly subpar. You can’t imagine the gasp that escaped my body when I unboxed the $26 alfredo pasta, and the serving size was 2 mini tins (1 containing the pasta and 1 containing some bread pieces and fried tofu). While I appreciate the fact that there is a vegan option - I can’t appreciate said option being so overpriced and under seasoned. Very disappointed :/

We had the nachos and the Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was definitely the highlight meal. It was filling and packed with flavor!

We were greeted at the door, told a bit about the place since it was our first time there, and able to choose our table. Our server, Olaf, was sweet and helped us narrow down all of the amazing-looking options on the menu. We settled on the garlic bread, fettuccini, and chocolate mousse torte. Creamy, delicious heaven in our mouths!! Thank you for a great lunch!
Lots of good stuff here—worth the notably higher price point

Imma be so honest, the first time I went in I was a little underwhelmed by the Alfredo dish. It wasn’t bad at all, just something I already make at home and I like my version better. BUT!!! your enchiladas are absolutely incredible. One of the best vegan dishes I have ever had, truly. Thank you guys, I will definitely be trying some new things and more enchiladas! And thank you for having a vegan kitchen for others to enjoy!

The waitress Ania was possibly the most helpful and friendly waitress I've ever had. She was highly attentive to our allergy needs, very careful to get it right and supportive. She has great suggestions for places to visit while we're touring Tacoma. The food was amazing, the Philly sandwich was beloved by our whole family. The flan was perfect. Even better that everything is gluten free AND vegan! Definitely eat here!
