I love pho and have lived all across the country. Vk Viet has the best vegan pho I have ever had by far! The broth is delicious, so many veggies, and the tofu is perfectly cooked (which is saying a lot because at most places I have to force myself to eat the tofu for the protein). AND they are open early enough to have pho for breakfast! I go often and it is great every time. Everyone I have brought here has loved everything they ordered, vegan and not. Can’t recommend enough!
The first time I came here the experience was not that good, but i decided to come again and i can say it was 10/10 pho. The small size is small enough to finish, the beef broth does not need any sauces. It’s quality broth and steak.

Came here earlier.., half an hour before they close. The owners & staff still treat me like a regular customer, as well as, took care of me like I’m a part of their family! Thank y’all 🙏🏽🙏🏽🤙🏽
