I didn't plan on leaving a review. I just wanted to get in touch with someone there to let them know their soda machine was shooting blanks. Anyone ever forget to add the sugar when making Kool-Aid? Yeah, that's what it tasted like. Anyhow, I called the number 3 times letting it ring for minutes before it just disconnects. Now I'm irritated so they get a 3 star review.

My number 1 coffee on the go everyone that works there is awesome so sweet when they rember my drink and know me by name or vehicle ..I recommend I tell everybody I know to try them you won't be disappointed 😏..

The customer service here is horrible. The guy at the window is rude. They messed up my order twice and blamed me for it because I guess it’s easier for them. The food was cold and just thrown in the bag. This is the second time I’ve been to this location thinking the first time was probably just a long day because I went later in the afternoon but no, that’s just how they are.. it’s ridiculous

The experience I had recently at this fast-food restaurant was fairly typical of what you might expect from a chain establishment. Upon walking in, I noticed right away that most of the staff were young employees, clearly still learning the ropes of working in a busy, customer-facing environment. While I commend their effort and willingness to work, it was evident that efficiency and polish were still a work in progress.
Ordering was straightforward, but the wait time felt longer than it should have been for a fast-food spot. When my food finally arrived, the presentation was simple, and the taste was just average. The burger and fries were edible, but the quality did not match the price point. In my opinion, the food felt like it was worth about half of what I paid for it. It lacked the freshness and flavor that would justify the cost, and the portions did not feel generous either.
The atmosphere itself was fine for a quick meal, though not particularly inviting to linger. Overall, this visit left me with the impression that you are paying more for convenience than for quality, and while the staff are trying, the final product leaves much to be desired.

This place sucks. Always have issues with this specific location. Missing food or food made wrong. I asked for a crispy chicken -No lettuce. Why did they add tomato and bacon WITH lettuce. I didn’t ask for that blt. Also got the French toast sticks. Only got butter with them. Where’s the syrup?

This morning the lady at the drive thru window was very rude. She got our order all messed up didn't give us a receipt my bacon and cheese biscuit had no bacon our seasoned potatoes we ordered a large and got a small and they were cold. The lady wouldn't even fix it.

Went this morning to get a coffee with cream and sugar. I did the same thing the day before. When i asked for sugar packets the lady tried to tell me they dont have any. They use the syrup. The guy yesterday handed me sugar packets. It would be different if she said they were out but to say you dont serve them at all is crazy. Bottom line my coffee was nasty with the syrup. 🥴
Came in to get a chocolate frosty. Stood there with 3 people standing around not trying to take my order.
