I didn't get food. This location ignores the customers that come inside. Literally, the guy looked at us, waiting in the lobby, and turned his head away. There must have been 5-6 families waiting to order and not even a word to us. I left after waiting 5 minutes and not even being greeted or an explanation as to why we were all being ingored.

The employees and assistant manager are extremely rude and bullies. Never been treated so badly ever in my life then I was here today. For only asking them to take my order after having to wait a very long time I was called rude and was attacked verbally and yelled. at by the manager and refused service. I was in no way rude to them or did I even raise my voice even after he yelled at me and refused me service. When i told him i would be leaving a review...he even mocked me. The treatment I received today was unbelievably bad. If they don't enjoy working in customer service I recommend getting another job.

There was a little bit of a wait for my pickup mobile order, but a front counter employee, Emillio, kept me updated on my order and offered me and another customer a free small drink while we waited; He communicated very well and was friendly; Great customer service! Please keep it up!

Came inside to order, got ignored for almost 30 mins. As we were waiting, witnessed the person at the fryer station prepare all the food with no gloves, saw her touch nuggets, and even saw her throw fries with her bare hands bag into the fry pile. When brought up, they laughed and so we walked out. Absolurely disgusting, do not eat here.

Window employee tried to convince me that putting add-ons onto a burger means I wanted everything else removed. She had the manager come out to argue it with me instead of just handing me the lettuce (forgot the tomato too). I've never had a Wendy's tell me this and they always added the extra stuff on just like the app calls it, an "add-on" not a "remove all else" or whatever it was they were trying to call it. Either way, I try to give this location a chance every once in a blue moon and it usually ends in disappointment.
Window staff wasn't kind (and I wasn't being rude, I was just checking my sandwich). Manager backed her up, which is cool, but she was trained wrong and I guess so was he, and it ended up being an argument over lettuce which is ridiculous. We spent more time at the window arguing over it instead of just giving it to me and saying 'hage a nice day' but my mind wasn't changed at the end of it all and the location service sucked because it seemed like they were getting pretty aggressive to tell me otherwise.

The wait is way to long. A bunch of workers that seem like they have better things to do rather than making a paycheck. The guy at the drive thru is rude. He sat dased and confused at the window as my food sat next to him getting cold. I asked him after a few minutes what are we waiting on? He grabbed my food from next to him and damn near threw it in my lap. No apologies for eating mine and others time. I come to this location often because my child loves the frosty. Everytime we come we get this same young rude worker and the manager in the back acting like he's to good to assist. Meanwhile the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and out to the road. Save yourself some time go some where else. Did I mention The food was cold and disgusting ?
