I didn't get food. This location ignores the customers that come inside. Literally, the guy looked at us, waiting in the lobby, and turned his head away. There must have been 5-6 families waiting to order and not even a word to us. I left after waiting 5 minutes and not even being greeted or an explanation as to why we were all being ingored.

The employees and assistant manager are extremely rude and bullies. Never been treated so badly ever in my life then I was here today. For only asking them to take my order after having to wait a very long time I was called rude and was attacked verbally and yelled. at by the manager and refused service. I was in no way rude to them or did I even raise my voice even after he yelled at me and refused me service. When i told him i would be leaving a review...he even mocked me. The treatment I received today was unbelievably bad. If they don't enjoy working in customer service I recommend getting another job.
Just isn't the same as it used to be. The last trip there found me eating only the edges of the burger I ordered, because of taste and texture.
