As a door dasher I find it extremely frustrating to have to wait in the drive through for 25 minutes and I’m only the fourth person back in line! This tells me that there is SOMETHING WRONG with the employee working the drive up window! I know everyone is new at some point in time but have someone else to help in case the worker gets overwhelmed, PLEASE & Thank you!

Bathrooms are gross. You will probably get sick. Don’t plan to see if you look okay in the mirror, you can’t even see your reflection. Worker was absolutely sweet. He asked if I needed anything else and was top notch for customer service. He’s the only reason I gave it a 3 not a 1!

Ordered a Baconator and there is no bacon. And the tomato looks chewed up and the pickles are somehow blue. Patties are ice cold.

Good luck getting what you pay for. My entire order was not accurate, customization not completed, entrees wrong, sides missing. This location is a mess.

Never puts all items in the pack when doing drive thru or carry out. And too long with the wait times even when it’s not too busy.Also, some times decides they won’t serve through the drive thru after you just specified drive thru on their app. You wait and get to the speaker only to be told to go in.

Busy location so going through drive thru can cost you 45 min before your even able to order. So instead I decided to order online and pick up inside to avoid the drive thru line. It took my 15 to min to get there and app said it will be ready in 5 mins so I assumed I'd be walking in to ready to go food except I waited an additional half hour and then substituted my food without asking due to being out of stuff so I'm not happy and take it anyway as I'm tired of waiting. I get home to find my kids meal in the bag with everything else and no toy. The nuggets are mixed with spicy and not spicy and literally thrown into the bag without a container. Not even the correct amount of nuggets and I didn't order spicy at all so that's just looking to me like the staff isn't enough. The people are overwhelmed and can't care to check. They are so flustered they're sticking random nuggets in a bag like it's whatever. Get it together corporate. Get more people because it's like this a lot. So drive thru vs. online.... Both suck equally at this point. I've told my kids not to even ask me for Wendy's again

Left after waiting in line to order for 20 minutes don't know what is going on with this location but it is worse every time I go there. Hope the district manager sees this review. I get the short staff but it is in such a location that if it weren't it would turn a profit like there is no tomorrow.
