I went through a gallon of gas and 45 minutes of my time waiting in the drive through for a mobile order. If there was an option I would have gotten out of line and left. My food was sitting on the counter and was cold.

My go to is usually the crispy chickens here and they are generally always fresh. They do seem to be understaffed at times so sometimes there is a wait, but nothing too crazy.

Here's an idea when people come into your store actually, have them Ask the customer, may I help you. This place has gone to crap. It's been this way now for a couple years. Their hiring practices aren't the best.I don't think they're concerned about hiring people with experience.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meals are really good. Just the service sucks.

Parking: This is a bad location for a Wendy's. I'm very limited in parking.

Kid-friendliness: They certainly are customer friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: If I were disabled, I would be entering this building. It's not a safe neighborhood, and it's not good customer service.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready. I was told they never received it. After 40 minutes of back and forth, they discovered they had forgotten to print it. I then waited an hour for my order since I couldn’t leave—my card had already been charged. The food was overcooked, and my burger had six patties, though I’m not even sure that was an option

They always forget my spoon and condiments. When a customer orders a baked potato, they need an eating utensil and possible butter, salt, pepper. When a customer order chili they need an eating utensil and possible crackers. I always have to go back for condiments

Incredibly inconsistent hours. Some nights they’re staffed according to their posted hours, other nights they’re closed 1-2 hours early. Probably happens every several weeks. However, when they are open the workers are pleasant and the food is totally good.

Got to the drive thru speaker 5 minutes before 6:30 opening time sat for 3 and was asked to park out front because I was running up there timer time.left never to return
