Here's an idea when people come into your store actually, have them Ask the customer, may I help you. This place has gone to crap. It's been this way now for a couple years. Their hiring practices aren't the best.I don't think they're concerned about hiring people with experience.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meals are really good. Just the service sucks.
Parking: This is a bad location for a Wendy's. I'm very limited in parking.
Kid-friendliness: They certainly are customer friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: If I were disabled, I would be entering this building. It's not a safe neighborhood, and it's not good customer service.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready. I was told they never received it. After 40 minutes of back and forth, they discovered they had forgotten to print it. I then waited an hour for my order since I couldn’t leave—my card had already been charged. The food was overcooked, and my burger had six patties, though I’m not even sure that was an option

They always forget my spoon and condiments. When a customer orders a baked potato, they need an eating utensil and possible butter, salt, pepper. When a customer order chili they need an eating utensil and possible crackers. I always have to go back for condiments

Incredibly inconsistent hours. Some nights they’re staffed according to their posted hours, other nights they’re closed 1-2 hours early. Probably happens every several weeks. However, when they are open the workers are pleasant and the food is totally good.
Got to the drive thru speaker 5 minutes before 6:30 opening time sat for 3 and was asked to park out front because I was running up there timer time.left never to return

i have ordered threw door dash and the driver is still waiting on my food and its been over 40 minutes and not sure when i will be able to have my order delivered .
I have tried this location multiple times as they are closest to my house they always get it wrong. The employees are slow and very obvious about not wanting to be here I waited 25 minutes for my food they are not very busy at all and they got my food wrong again. This is the worst location I have ever been to I was treated like an inconvenience because I wanted my food, correct.

I was just there 2/23... was trying to order through the drive thru...the girl had such a bad attitude...she kept yelling "breakfast only"...so rude about all...like she really didn't want to be there....I left before paying....never going back....

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:40pm. Food was finally ready after 20 minutes and asking if they were making it. They gave me the wrong food, so I had to go back and replace it, which they did. But the new nuggets were so small compared to the typical ones. Maybe half the size of an “average” nugget? seriously so many things wrong with their service, the guy taking mobile orders had to read one thing on the screen at a time, grab it, and come back to read the next item within the same order… Please put him somewhere else. Plus they forgot my ranch. I would just go to a different location or maybe try at a different time.

I think his name is Jay shift lead he was yelling at the other employees there and they were doing a great job he was treating him like they were dirt then he started yelling at me through the window telling me I need to get my orders straight I don't work for Wendy's I came there for customer service not to be downgraded
