The food is usually hot, but lately fries have been over cooked, and the service has gotten really slow. I doordash as well as eat here, and lately the food takes forever to get even when its slows, feels like the employees are more focused on talking to each other then my food being hot and ready. They are always nice though which is a huge plus compared to some fast food restaurants these days

i went here at 9 pm and it was a little busy so i didn't mind the wait and when my order got taken the employee taking it had a really bad attitude and when we got our food we had a couple things missing and the employee kinda yelled at me a little and was extremely rude for no reason i get it was busy and he prolly was frustrated but there's no need to be mean to random people who didn't do anything

The soda machines in the lobby weren’t working properly, but trying to get someone behind the counter to fill them was like pulling teeth and they were rude about it. My husband ordered chili after we finally got our order we informed they didn’t have spoons and then we’re very snottily told to just use a fork. This is the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. Steer clear it isn’t worth your time. The staff here clearly should find a job outside this industry.

So I go to the drive through and order 2 chicken classics, 2 sour cream and chive potatoes & a medium Frosty. Two cars ahead of me and each car took ten minutes. So by the time I received my food it was 30 minutes. I asked the guy if the butter, sour cream and chives were in the bag? Yes sir it is for sure! Totally lied! Only the basic food and 2 spoons were in the bag!So they were slow and one of them told lies.

food is good, customer service is negative. in my experience they act inconvenienced to take a order, rushed to get through the line. was charged for food I didn't buy becuase she was in a rush and it's my fault so she has attitude. no sorry, nothing just attitude. sorry I wanted to buy food here, what was a thinking silly me right.
