So first off I am appalled by what is going on by the management that works here.
My husband and three kids got severe food poisoning and had to go to Saint Josephs ER. I reported this, we took photos. Our chicken was spoiled. Beyond expiration date. I know this because the chicken had dark grayish green and black spots in the meat. My kids and husband ate it before realizing and luckily I didn’t get sick but this is serious. My family tested positive for salmonella and they were sick for over two weeks. Don’t trust this place. The employees don’t care about safety and the management is worse. They lied about who was the manager to play it off, and then the manager tried to say it wasn’t their chicken but this was the only place we ate at the got us sick. I have filed a complaint with the health department and have documentation from the hospital.

Management is disrespectful and racist, I’m mixed race Spanish and black and I like a variety of food. He kept saying YOU people only like chicken and don’t eat anything else, and that we need to try a Mexican restaurant one day. I was trying to be patient as we waited over 40 minutes for our order and he blew up at us because we asked why our food was taking so long. We had placed a togo order 20 mins ahead of time and showed up when we were notified and then waited 40 minutes for it to be done

I always give fair reviews and remain impartial. This wingstop is terrible it took forever to get my order, and it was dripping with grease. Find another location. This was a uber order that the driver had to wait on. The total delivery time was an hour and a half 3 mile trip

I always order online. I always request extra cooking time because meat is usually undercooked. Grease is never drained properly so there are puddles of it in the take out containers and seasoning of meat is always hit or miss. Inside always looks un-kept, hence only ordering take out.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Horrible customer service. A lady said she was the manager and turned out SHE WAS NOT like super ridiculous. Had to speak to three different people, and they all hung up. What a way to have some type of customer service. Ridiculous!!!! They are HORRIBLE.
Not sure what's with all the negative reviews. I got 20 buffalo wings and a 3 piece chicken tender with fries and have ZERO complaints. Cooked well with enough sauce and delicious. I love extra sauce so i asked for a side of sauce (that I wasn't charged for) and everything was perfect.
