It was one of the best chicken wings with honey rob I ever tasted. Honey mustard sauce is the bomb. I wouldn't recommend sandwiches, though. Staff was very polite and professional.

First time to a Wingstop and I must say I will be in no hurry to return.After waiting for 30 minutes I went and asked after I saw several others who had ordered after me get there food and was told it wasn't ready another 10 minutes went by I asked again and was told still not ready then another staff member stepped in and pull it for us and told us sorry for the wait it had been sitting there for over 10 minutes. The woman on the register was more interested in speaking with her friend then taken care of us the person that ended up helping us came from the back of the house to find our order.Because of this the food was cold when we got home. The wings were ok they were not full covered with the sauce.The only positive was the celery and carrots were fresh and crisp.No rush to go back

This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. Order was over 30mins late, with no waiting customers. AND THEN the whole order was WRONG forcing me to wait again as they remade the entire order. Save yourself the stress and go to the Lakewood store.

Customer service is fine. But every time I go here they always get something wrong. Like I always order boneless wings, and they’ll give me bone-in and or the wrong flavor. I always have to go back and fix my order myself even though they should be doing it themselves. Save your money and time by not going here.

Save your damn money. Jorge is the new manager and literally said he made the wings himself but our order was completely wrong. Not only did they not give us any of our fries with the party pack of 75 wings that we paid $130 for but they made us drive all the way from gig harbor which we had mentioned on the phone to pick up our new wings/fries to only be told that our order was correct and couldn’t do anything for us. None of the wings were correct. They gave us a tub of mango habanero sauce to pour on the plain wings our selves and said they were not going to give us new wings. So not only was our order wrong, we’ve got cold wings that we need to put sauce on ourselves. Cool. So glad we spent all that money. Thacher company please hire more competent employees for your management team. This is unacceptable.

I haven’t been to a Wingstop in quite sometime and this one did not disappoint. Sarah in particular was incredibly hospitable, gave phenomenal and attentive service and was genuinely communicative and friendly. This location exceeded my expectations in customer service and is one I will be returning to. Thank you Sarah and to the rest of the Wingstop team at this Tacoma location for such a lovely experience!
Wings were good, but they didn't announce my order when it was complete so I ended up waiting 45+ minutes for my wings. They did make me more wings after I pointed out mine were room temperature. Today was not their best day, but they did make it

The wings were just too salty and under cooked only comes with 1 ranch and have to pay extra. Fries were cold. Didnt even come with carrots and celery had to pay extra for that too. It should come with any wing orderd.

These wings are 100 times better than BWW. I prefer traditional wings. And they were larger and meatier than the competition. Although expensive, worth it. We got, Cajun, Louisiana dry rub, original and garlic parmesan. The Louisiana dry rub and garlic parmesan were my favorite. THE RANCH. That ranch is amazing.
