The service here is great. Some idiot was blasting his phone inside the dining area, which I mentioned to the lady helping me and she asked him to turn it off. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful.The food was really good also (I got chicken fried rice), although it took much longer than comparable teriyaki places I've been to (it wasn't too busy).

I was extremely disappointed in the food I received at my last visit. Needless to say I will not be returning. I had the Kung Pao Chicken it was so spicy so that it was barely even edible Kung Pao chicken is usually not fire hot. And the chicken was breaded which is not how I’ve ever had it prepared here before. So many hot pepper flakes it took hours to get them all outta my teeth. My daughter had the broccoli chicken and again the chicken was breaded, this is not how it has ever been prepared in the past. It had plenty of heat (she had asked for mild spicy) but no actual flavor. These are the reasons for only giving one star. I would no longer recommend this teriyaki restaurant to anyone and it use to be my favorite by far. Again very disappointing.

My husband and I stopped in randomly today. Best teriyaki we have had in a long time. I got the chicken breast teriyaki and he got the shrimp fried rice. Both were excellent. The woman at the counter was so sweet and wished us a happy New Year as we walked out. I’m eating my leftovers and already looking forward to going back.

Great experience!!! I was visiting from MI. owners Jamie & Joe are fantastic people!!! The food was fantastic. The owners sons came in and we had a fantastic visit with them as well. Oscar, Ozzie & Oliver. I hope I remembered it right.Sally& Penny thank you again for a wonderful meal, great conservation & meeting a great family owned business.The food is excellent. The teriyaki chicken is delicious!!!!

This is one of my go to spots for fried rice but tonight they may have lost my business for good. The inconsistency of flavor and the vegetables being non-cooked to the burnt bit pieces from the steak and the chicken is very off putting. There's 2 cooks when the Hispanic male Cooks the rice is on point but when the Asian male Cooks the rice is always messed up.To response to the owner no I have the correct spot. You may cook the rice the same but on multiple occasions the vegetables have been undercooked and lack of seasoning to the fried rice. Matter fact I can bring in the fried from last night and show you how hard the onions are. What ever beef you use for your fried rice had so many burnt bits mixed in. Many occasions we have seen only one cook in the back.

I had the spicy chicken teriyaki. Crisp lettuce salad w a good ranch-like dressing and soft chicken with a very tasty sauce. The rice was a little bland and dry.The portions and presentation were good, and the overall feel of dining in was what I'd expect.Parking: Seriously plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The entry is a bit tight for a wheelchair.

They have wifi for guests, but would not give me the password to multitask on another project while they made me wait for food to be prepared, which was over 10 minutes late. Frustrating experience and they lied to my face. Not appreciated.
