Each time I go here I get the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The char siu is perfectly grilled so you can taste the carmelization. It is bad etiquette to take out your phone when there's hot ramen on the table so I don't have photos, but trust me.

This was, without question, the best ramen I’ve ever had. Having tried many ramen spots in Seattle, this one stands above the rest. The broth was incredibly flavorful, rich, and satisfying, while the noodles were cooked to absolute perfection.
