Took our deposit money & ran! Stay away! We had our wedding scheduled for December of 2020. Of course, when the pandemic hit, we had to reschedule everything. We booked Gwen before COVID hit with a 50% deposit down (almost $3000). When we contacted her to reschedule our wedding, we found out that she had been struggling in the pandemic (very understandable - I feel bad for all of the vendors in the wedding industry that have been hurt in the pandemic) and had gone out of business. She said she would "try" to refund everyone's deposits. It turned out she had spent my deposit during the pandemic to keep her business going. We asked for a timeline for when she would refund us - no response. We checked in about maybe a payment plan to make things easier for her - no response. I tried to pull up our contract on DocuSign - she had it deleted. She stopped responding to messages even though my mom and I were polite and patient in coming up with solutions that would work for both parties for us to get our $3000 back. She took our money and ran. Gwen, if you read this, know that we have hired a lawyer to get our almost three grand back - expect to be served soon. I would love to keep this out of court if you just did the right thing and refunded our deposit. That was a huge chunk of my wedding budget that I am now having to go without. I was advised by new caterer (thank God we found one at a price that I could afford after our money was stolen) to write a review to warn brides (since even though she is supposedly out of business, her information is still on wedding sites) to stay away.

This cater was who I hired for my 2020 wedding due to the pandemic we had to move to 2021 everything seemed fine then they went out of business and turned off all communication the website is gone email link is dead and phone disabled. They stole $1400 the owner is Gwen Nobel-ward.

My son and his wife had to cancel their wedding due to the governor's mandate on large gatherings. The wedding was supposed to take place in May. They had already paid for the food. They gave this company ample notice when cancelling, she should have known it was coming as well. She has not responded to them since. This was through no fault of their own and she should be ashamed. Bad business practice. All of the other vendors refunded them! This is a young couple just starting out and could use their money back. They had no choice to cancel!

The guests at the wedding were raving about the bbq ribs and chicken. The catering team were very professional and Gwen was a perfectionist! I worked here for a day and went to my full-time job and one of my co-workers got me sic I ended up calling out to work with a doctor's note and was told that I no longer work there because I had to call out. After that she told me that she would direct deposit my check or mail it to me whatever was my preference October 25th is today and I still have not been paid for my services. I've never worked for a business that didn't pay their employees for doing work and I've never been blocked or or treated like this by any business. I'm a culinary graduate and a single father I was working here part-time maybe a day a week and I was like oh because I got sick. Long story short the owners are very unprofessional and very unclean the food to mediocreand when you work for a business you're supposed to be paid and I think she just wants to use people for their talent and then let them go and not pay them

We just HAVE to let everyone know who reads this how spectacular Amy and her crew were yesterday when they helped with my fathers celebration of life. They were a perfect mix of being immediately available and being considerate of the situation. We appreciated their flexibility and not being in a hurry to rush out - and the food was so diverse and wonderful! Amy and her crew were simply amazing!
