Came on a day that wasn’t busy at all. Waited 40 minutes for our cheese curds. After 1 hour of waiting for our pizza, an employee came over and asked what we ordered. He told us our pizza was never started and that it would be another 10 minutes to cook. They forgot! At that point, we had waited for 1 hour with a crying, hungry 4 year old. We said we had to leave. They still charged us for 2 beers - $15 but took off the cheese curds. The fact they charged us the $15 for the beer blows my mind. Terrible service. Never going back.

The prices on the menu are NOT what you will be charged! False advertising!! The pizza that I ordered was $30 on the menu (medium weekend hippie), but I was charged $36 for it. I asked the server and he was essentially like "well it's $36 in our system, so there's nothing I can do about it. Looks like our menu might be outdated".
Well, that's not MY problem is it? I felt so ripped off! The server was dismissive and rude. If you're advertising a product at a certain price, then you should charge that price. Update your menu and stop being so lazy and ripping off your customers!
It's a PITY because the pizza is tasty, but being ripped off left such a bitter taste in my mouth!

I've only gotten the pizza by the slice but every time the ingredients have been fresh, the cheese melts and stringy, and the sauce is flavorful as hell.
I'd recommend not going during full rush time (i.e. happy hour), service can get a bit backed up but before lunch it's usually clear.
Staff are cool as hell and the tables are clean. What more do ya want?

We didn't have a great experience at Zeeks Pizza. The restaurant was no particularly busy at 11am on a Sunday but no one greeted us when we arrived or brought us menus. We just sat at a booth. The table was sticky. We waited 15min for a waiter to get our order. We waited 30min for pizzas to arrive. If you're hungry, get a salad, it will arrive 20min before the pizzas. Only one of the (gender-neutral) restrooms has a changing table for babies.
Kid-friendliness: High-chairs available. There is a changing table in one of the restrooms at the back, not both.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel (about 5 min away) Ordered from Zeeks, got email from Zeeks that it would be delivered in 40 minutes. Called when it was 15 minutes late, and told by employee who made it clear by his tone that he didn't really care, that the pizza was already done but waiting for "someone" from GrubHub or DoorDash to pick up. Could be 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or maybe later. I had no idea I was dealing with Grub Hub or Door Dash or any separate delivery service - ordered from Zeeks, got email from Zeeks, and told my pizza would be delivered in 40 minutes. I'm thinking that Zeeks is delivering the pizza themselves, especially when my hotel is 5 minutes away. Finally delivered about an hour after order, pizza lukewarm. I would have picked up if I had known, but the entire process made it seem like Zeeks was taking the order and delivering themselves. They sent me an email saying it would be 40 minutes, so I'm not sure why they did that if they are covertly using a separate delivery company that will pick up the pizza whenever they want.

Unimpressive and over priced. Service sucks, pizza is subpar, cheese curds nothing special. Asked for ranch for pizza that our 7 year old had to walk up and grab off the counter. All the employees seemed annoyed to serve. The pizza sauce and toppings cover the middle of the pizza so half your slice is crust. One large pizza, order of cheese curds, and 4 drinks for $70. Won’t be back. If I could give 0 stars I would we don’t have anything nice to say
Walked in, looking at the menu for about six minutes, no acknowledgment from staff at all. Stood there for a few minutes longer. Another customer walks in. They greet them right away. Kind of bullshit is that

Showed up at 8:30 to place a pizza order. When we went to order we were first told we couldn’t order because it was after 8:30 and that they close at 9:00 but then they later told us we could do carryout orders. If your hours are posted for 9:00 then that should be honored, otherwise change your hours to 8:30 and allow 30 minutes for your patrons in the dining room to finish their meal.

Pizza is awesome. The service however is the worst you can get. Servers are not attentive at all. Zero refills, nobody checking back in after food was dropped at the table, had to go get someone for to go boxes, and we were waiting on a to go add on that they never told us was ready. They left it upfront getting cold. Was enough for my family (3 different homes) to decide we aren't going back.
