The broth is deliciously divine, the endless noodles buttery and cooked perfectly and all ingredients are sublime! I had the Zen Ramen and recommend 💯! A definite must.

You stand near the counter, look at the menu and then order and then they ask you to give a tip based on the quality of the service. Fun fact, there is no service at all! You have to get your own drink ,you have to put your own food in a box. Where is the service? The food is OK but it’s not a good experience because there’s zero service.

I loved this place but they recently changed their noddles and recipes. The spicy shrimp noddles were not cooked properly and the new spice they use is hotter than usual but also tasted strange. I asked if I can just get something else but they refused. Two ladies walked in after us and also ordered noddles. They complained about the noddles not being cooked correctly also and they immediately exchanged their plate. I unfortunately will not be coming back. The manager has no customer service and refused to give me her name. She said if I did not like the new recipe I would have to pay for a new plate. Uncooked noddles and all!!!! Left it all.

Tasted and smelled three weeks old. I got the zen sushi burrito.
The interior was really fun, with nice lighting. Everything was to my liking, including the service, food, and atmosphere. So, I’d give it 5 stars.

This is a complaint regarding their online system order. It’s my first time ordering from this place so I was very excited. I ordered online and waited for a confirmation. Only to find out that it didn’t go through even though I was charged on my end. The website said I would get refunded asap which did not happen because my account is still showing they charged me. I called and spoke to the server who stated she took too long to manually put in the order and I have to reorder again and pay again. She stated their screen does not show my order went through and that they did not collect the money. I even offered to go there and show them that the money came out of my account. I feel like if the restaurant uses a system like this, it would set up customers for failure. The manager stated that the place is busy which is completely understandable. However, if it is busy, why not temporarily shut down online orders until it’s slow? In turn, this causes online customers to miss out on their order, not get refunded until days later, and end up being told they would need to just come in and order anyway? I get that online orders are convenient, but that itself is not only inconvenient. It is frustrating as well.

have you ever wanted to know what a burrito would be like if made by a white divorced father of two whod only ever heard it described in a dictionary after his friend at the office was trying to brag about how cultured he is? Well may I recommend zen sushi burrito. The satisfaction of sushi is no more now you can know what each individual ingredient taste like instead of some sort of nice harmony of flavors (yuck!). Yeah anyway this was the worst take on sushi I've seen in years, no comment on the ramen.
