My step-mom lives in Tenino and this is her favorite place for Mexican food and I took her there for her birthday lunch. I'd gone online to look at the menu before driving up. We were served fresh chips, salsa and mushroom salsa. We both chose the Macho Burrito. It comes with your choice of meat and beans with rice, stuffed, and I mean stuffed into a macho sized burrito, topped with salsa, Pico de Gallo, fresh quacamole and sour cream. It's family owned and my only regret...
Chips were excellent, salsa was great. Food was good. Ordered trio for $26 giving us three small portions of steak, chicken, and shrimp. Didn't care for the shrimp seasoning. They didn't offer more chips and salsa but the food came out quickly. Then they forgot to refill our drinks. Decent place for location. Inside was clean
We moved to Tenino over a year ago and have made this our FAVORITE place to eat in this town. We have branched out to other restaurants that are local; however, no one offers what they offer here. They are constant, quick, kind, and courteous. This is a family owned business and they are the sweetest family you could ever meet. They go above and beyond to meet or beat ALL expectations, always.
