I would like to visit this quilt shop more often. But we live several miles from there. Gee Gee’s shop is in my hometown. Gee Gee’s offers many more fabrics and will cut 1/4 yard and up. Shiplap only cuts one yard. The difference of several dollars if only a partial yard is needed.

Adorable mom and pop quilt shop. It's a bit off the beaten path between Yelm and Olympia.
There is no coffee in the store or close by! Make sure to pick it up on the way if you need some lol.
I was confused when I first went because they still have pictures of the old place mixed in with the new location ones. (Today is 2/12/25)
That said it's adorable inside and I really like the prints and prices compared to other non-chain store quilt shops.
If you want nice boutique fabrics from a local business the ones here are great.

I really enjoy visiting this quilt shop when I visit Washington. It is well worth the trip with all the variety and displays of motivational quilt-making! The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of room to roam!

I am a sewist, and I absolutely love purchasing fabrics, notions, and cool, unique things from out of the way shops. Although I live in Alabama, I ordered from the Shiplap Quilt Shop as it came highly recommended from one of my online sewing groups. It did not disappoint! The customer service is superb, and my order was perfect! The prices were doable, and the selection was fantastic! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
