Wow! What a hidden jewel of a restaurant!! We come to Tieton fairly often, and this will be on our list for regular visits! We ordered a la carte. I was worried that it would be a little too fancy for our taste. I am so glad that I followed my local daughter’s recommendation and gave it a try. We will definitely be back regularly.The pork belly and Brussel sprouts were great. The chocolate olive oil cake was moist and delicious and not too sweet.The service was OUTSTANDING!

A simple, modern take on farm to table. They highlight the simplicity of dishes some places over complicate. I enjoy how many vegetable options that are bursting with flavor highlighted and complemented by simple ingredients. Staff was astounding, so helpful and kind.

Wow. I wish I had pictures but unfortunately I don’t. We tried the Gouda Mac n cheese, scallops, and the pork belly and Brussels sprouts and just wow! This is my go to. Exceptional food and exceptional atmosphere, and I come from a family of chefs. I also had the Colomba cocktail which was very tasty as well. Amazing! Great to know such a place exists around my neck of the woods!

What a wonderful dinner! We started with the lamb meatballs with tzatziki and olive relish, then shared the linguini and the acorn squash. We both enjoyed every bite, right down to the tomato jam and the rosemary almonds. Even had dessert. Good wine selection. We'll be back soon! The people working (Maryann, Lily, Drew, among many) were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and warm. Thanks to everyone for an amazing evening!

We were a little nervous about the “communal table” concept as we were looking for a bit of privacy, but we went on a Wednesday and the atmosphere was perfect! A few other tables, but the service was impeccable and the food was INCREDIBLE! Devin, our server, was so helpful with suggestions and explanations! The cocktails were unique and delicious. The steak was like no other steak we’ve ever had: crisp finish on the outside but cooked to medium rare perfection. The blue cheese butter topping added an incredible flavor profile! I was a little hesitant at first because of the seating, but in the end there were no concerns. Had a great experience, and will be going back!There are a few smaller tables, seating at the kitchen counter for up to 7, and two very long tables. At the 2 long tables they separate parties by reservation group and leave extra space so you aren't rubbing shoulders with strangers.

I had an absolutely great experience here at Nomad. The staff was really knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The food was also the best I've had in a very long time. I completely recommend a dinner with family and friends here to try whatever catches your eye on the menu.
