Every dish was on point and tasted fantastic. The black kale Caesar was so fresh crispy and the smoked salmon with it just made it.
The bacon date dip never would I have thought about dates and bacon together it hit all the right spots.
The steak was cooked perfect medium rare and was so soft you could cut it with a spoon!
