“The pizzas we picked up were 5-star (prepared well and tasty), but the online ordering process was 1-star (wouldn't work at all (multiple tries) before the store opened (even setting the pickup time for well after they opened), took 3 more tries after they opened, and, even though I was logged in the whole time, the cart emptied after every glitch and I had to start the order over every time.“

“I absolutely LOVE this Papa John's location. The food quality is amazing every time. They are fast yet efficient and ordering online is always so easy, I literally do it while I'm grocery shopping so I can just stop there on my way home to pick up a delicious dinner. The best part though, really is the employees here. As soon as I walk in I am greeted and taken care of right away. They always make sure my extra sauces are there. If I ever move across town, I would go out of my way to come to this specific location, every single time.

“Ddnt get her name (she is AWESOME!) but this is valentines day we got there about 6pm and ordered about 610pm. The young lady that greeted us was so friendly and nice. She was super busy (only 1 we seen while there), and anwsered our questions. She was well organized being so busy and got orders out promptly. We ordered by app cause we were trying to get the 2 for $29 deal. This place was good, i had brisket and pulled pork with loaded bake potato casserole and my husband had brisket n spicy sausage with beans n mac n cheese. Highly recommend this place because of the food for one and service! Thank you!“

“Many people write reviews saying how things are wrong or other negative, but I want to write a review of a positive experience. I went for a late lunch and chose to go to the Steillacoom KFC location. The crew were all very warm and friendly and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. The food was also as good as it always was, which is something you come to expect at KFC. My order was prepared quickly and given to me before I even chose which soda I wanted from the fountain (I always taste-test a few to see what I am in the mood for), which was no more than a minute or two. The food was hot and fresh and as I said, tasted good.

I want to give a shout out to the whole crew at the location, including Andrea, Janel and Konstant. There was a young man working, but I did not get his name.

This is my preferred Tacoma-area Kentucky Fried Chicken and will return to this location again. Thank you crew for making me feel welcome!
