Used Bonanza BBQ for my daughter’s wedding. The communication was easy with Alisa, they were organized and on time . Their food was fantastic. Would highly recommend them!
Excellent service!
I hired Bonanza BBQ for my small wedding. Not only were they able to put something together for us short notice.. the catering manager was an absolute sweetheart and extremely helpful. She truly went above and beyond. *Delicious* food aside, I would recommend this company to anyone because of the care and professionalism our server showed.
The food? Just as amazing as the service. We got brisket and the smoked chicken.....

She even went above and beyond to offer a cambro hotbox to keep the food warm before service — something I’ve never...
