Idk what these reviews are talking about but from my experience its always a pleasure. The girls especially Marisa and I think her name is Alexis. The drinks are good only issue is the amount of ice but other than that if I have an issue they'll fix it w a smile. People need to realize that this is a small community and the only Starbucks close enough in town. So the lines will be a lil long depending on the times especially for the morning n lunch rushes.
