The food here is good. It's not out of your world hot pot. They're also preset hot pots which can ve helpful if you're indecisive or you're bringing people who don't hotpot normally. It's also a lot easier than doing hot pot at home. The price is pretty decent for the amount of food that you get. The servers are busy, but they do a good job of giving everyone attention with turning your pots on and off but sometimes need to be flagged down. They never seem upset when flagged down. Recommend when you want soup!Warning the Taiwanese spicy is spicy. The house and seafood hot pot is basic in flavor so you're going to have to add whatever flavor you like. The milk cream curry is delicious. The 3 cup chicken and mutton are great but seasonal.

I sat down for 10 minutes, no one helped me. Ok asked if I needed assistance and it was my first time visiting. The Asian couple to my right sat down and instantaneously had a waitress. This left me feeling some kind of way before even taking a bit. Service is subpar and they are not attentive at all. I do not want to recommend and I've not even taken my first bite. Disappointed!

I just realised they deducted more than whats in the bill even though with the tip i added it was still over.I go to bellevue brunch, much better and they don’t take whatever they want from the card without ppls approval. I hope the responsible there could look into that. I’m not going back there fore sure.

Food is good but service is very disappointing. We had to ask for water, new sauce cup, spoon and rice because they forgot. Food had ingredients that I specifically asked to take out. Servers never came back to check on us for water or anything.

I asked for Flaming Hot and it tasted mild.Still deliciousThink about the lunch waiting time (40-60 minutes), so go early and wait for your reservation at the kiosk. The lunch price has increased in 2024.

Never being here I was a little confused on how to order the food. The hot pot was great. Only issue I had was it got too hot. I didn't know I could ask them to put out the flame. They have a robot which is cool.

Great food! I've been here several times. The servers are friendly, but it's always crowded, so they're busy and won't come to your table until you get their attention, which is okay with me. Because of that, I usually do takeout most of the time. If you plan to dine in, I'd recommend arriving half an hour before they open or coming late at night when it's less crowded

The food is great, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. Our server, Jason, decided that communication was not part of his job and that he didn't need to tell me they were out of their dessert after I already ordered it and he promised to "set it aside in the fridge" for me. His excuse was that the restaurant was "too busy" for him to bother to tell me. He didn't give me an apology or anything, he just said "Well, we're out. There's nothing we can do about it. It's not on your tab," then he shrugged his shoulders and looked past me without saying another word. Seems like he's "too busy" for common courtesy and decent customer service. I won't be returning to this location and I'm hoping someone can teach Jason what it means to be a decent human being. My table was literally right next to the cashier, there was no excuse to not be able to tell me something so simple as he walked past us a hundred times throughout the night. I used to be a waitress, so I get it when it gets busy and there's a lot of running around, but I've never disrespected a customer to that extent and not bothered to at least apologize for the lack of communication. Jason was the supposed supervisor there that night, but I definitely got WAY better service from every other employee besides him. I'm hoping one of those other employees gets his job, because Jason certainly doesn't deserve it.
