Very underrated boba place. Their taro milk tea actually tastes like taro and not the powdered stuff. And their fruit teas use real fruit!Also love how they don’t prompt for a tip :)

The last few visits (all in January) , especially today (1/18/24),the service has been UNPLEASANT. The young very skinny Asian girl with a small tattoo on her (right?) arm acted very stuck up and just flat out UNFRIENDLY.Whenever there are no customers and you're the only one standing in front of the counter, it takes someone such a long time before anyone comes out to greet you.No one ever says sorry for the long wait, no one smiles and no one seems to like working.***To the manager/owner - RETRAIN all of your female employees to be friendlier because for whatever reason, they never give a welcoming or warm vibe.While I do enjoy the drinks, customer service is A HUGE DEAL and sooner or later, customers such as myself will not be coming back!
