Really wonderful unexpected oasis in South Center mall. Was welcomed in by the host didn't catch his name but he explained that there were spaces (closed rooms) where we could spend up to two hours to take meetings and that's so appealing when you have to accommodate family shopping but still have work to do. Wow this café is awesome. It is a great place to sit and relax from the hectic live in the mall. It’s very calm in here. Chirana and all the staff were SO NICE and made me so happy to be a member of capital one.

The Capital One Café is described as a wonderful unexpected oasis in South Center mall. It is a coffee plus a bank and a great place to sit and relax from the hectic live in the mall. The café is very calm inside and such a nice and clean place. A host at the entrance is very helpful and friendly. The staff are SO NICE and really thoughtful. The café has spaces, closed rooms, where guests can spend up to two hours to take meetings. Every table has outlets to charge phones easily. There are restrooms right in the Cafe. The café has 2 ATM's and about 4 reservable rooms. A delicious iced Matcha is mentioned. An oat milk with extra matcha was good delicious for 6$. There are complementary sunglasses and keychains on the side. Capital One card holders for Visa and Mastercard get 50% off drinks. Staff helped order a cashier's check and offered their promotions free hand crafted beverages and complimentary coffee. One team member provided amazing care and dedication to an autistic guest, taking them into a private quieter office area and dimming the lights. Another team member was very professional answering all the questions about opening a savings account. This place is highly recommended.
