We ordered Cookie Dough with an Oreo topping and was mistakenly served cheesecake instead. We asked for a new one and they insisted it was cookie dough and no mistake was made….So Lame! I will NOT be going back!

Very rude and aggressive employees, made me feel like I was a problem when they're in a customer service position.Toppings were not mixed in at all, overall a very very poor experience with this branch, I will not be returning to this location.Management needs to have a purge of the toxicity in this location, it's gas lighting me to no tomorrow.

Every time I come here I have a great experience with people here know of my neck allergy and so they can make sure they take special precautions to give me something and I really appreciate it cuz sometimes it feels like you're being five ✨Dietary restrictions: Peanut allergy

Came in to get ice cream with my 2 year old son. Been in the road and my son had a candy in his hand so his hands were sticky and I needed to use the restroom. Apparently their piss poor management decided to close the bathrooms blaming it on vandalism. Punishing the rest of your customers because you can't manage a facility just losses you customers. We went next door to Red Robin for a Mountain High Mud Pie instead.

Good ice cream, but a single scoop in a waffle bowl was around $11. It's not really worth 11 bucks, in my opinion. Oh, and there was no place to sit and enjoy it, I had to take my overpriced scoop out to my car in the cold rain. This might be considered fun for the Seattle folks, but not for me.

It's okay. The ice cream is a little boring but getting a scop made to order with stuff in it is pretty cool.

Poor presentation, stingy portions and hole in the wall atmosphere. I paid $17 for 7oz of ice cream, 5 gummies and one peanut butter cup on a chocolate waffle cup. I remember when this place was better than this. NEXT

Really disappointed in the customer service. I’ve come to cold stone, this particular shop, and ordered the exact same thing, for years. Today, I was told, by two children behind the counter, that I had to pay for each individual topping… in a signature ice cream. Signature ice creams come with specific toppings so that’s a lie that I would have to pay for each individual topping. Unfortunately, I was so repulsed at attempt to up charge I left. I won’t be returning to cold stone and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this store.

Terrible service. Everyone has attitude like I'm making them work there. Been going to Cold Stone for the longest and no one ever denied to give me Oreo crumbs. I've seen places with a huge container of it because they keep it to use for other things. Now you have to waste the ice cream you started on n cost the business cuz you're miserable.
