We went in around 5:50pm tonight and the quality of the ice cream was great, but there were 10 customers in line with 3 workers on shift and only one actually helping customers! One dude disappeared right when the line was getting long and then there was the other dude with dark hair with blond highlights and glasses just making waffle bowls. There had to be 25 waffles bowls already stacked but he just kept making more while the girl with pink hair helped all the customers. Why...
Good and fest service, but is to hot inside the store, I was waiting for 30 min because was so busy an all the time since I get there the employee w name Grayson He had chewing gum in his mouth and preparing the ice cream this is not healthy at all especially when you work with food. The supervisor that I imagine is very young must also pay attention to his employees.
My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.
