I've eaten here several times and this time the food was different. The wontons in chili oil were really dense and the oil seemed different and not very spicy. The spicy cucumber was great but I wouldn't call it spicy. The spicy beef shank was great and just a heads up, it's served cold. I had the mango ice tea and it was really good but a lot of sugar in it. You order from your phone and I honestly really liked that. For me, less interaction helps my anxiety.

Absolutely wonderful food at a fair price. The pork and shrimp potstickers were excellent! And the pork and crab xiao long bao hit the barely fishiness perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our lunch. The food is good and a decent value. What really made the experience special was the excellent and very friendly service by Meiya, as well as the pleasantly decorated environment.

Great Chinese restaurant - all of food we ordered were yummy, xiao lung Pao (soup dumplings) is a must. Nice ambience, fast service, and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Food was well priced and tasty. Drinks were also good, we had an ube tea, mango green tea and a Thai tea. There is a QR code to order from the table so no wait to order. The food came pretty quickly, although they brought us someone elses order while still completely forgetting to give us 1 of our items. I did witness that they also forgot an item for the table next to us as well. So all in all I noticed 3 order mishaps in about 30 minutes. All of that is forgivable to me though because the food and pricing were on point.

We generally love dough zone, but this location was terrible. Food was exceptionally oily and lacked flavor. Definitely won't go back to this location and will probably shy away from the others for awhile.

Ordered on my phone, got food very fast on my table. Service is good. Atmosphere good, but the elevator music doesn't work for a casual Asian comfort food restaurant. Now the food... It's very Americanized and bland, I may not be ordering pig intestines, but I enjoy some good old Chinese flavors. Noodle portions were minuscule and there was no meat or veggies in Dan Dan noodles, or in the other noodle bowl we ordered. Meat oh well but I definitely expect some fresh and tasty stir fried veggies in my noodles...

Really bummed with our experience. Have ate at Dough Zones before with good experience but this was not. The Cucumbers were wilted and not classicly crispy. Most frustrating is the beef was over 75% fat. Super bummed.

I enjoyed the crushed cucumber salad, the pork Xiao long bao were nice. Fried rice was very tasty but lacked texture. The Dan Dan noodles were borrrring 😵
They do what they do very well (and with marked efficiency), but lack a degree of complexity
Service was very fast — this may be my dining experience with the lowest wait time!

I have dined at the Redmond, Renton, and Tulwila location. In terms of food and atmosphere, they all do well to be the same standard quaility across the board. Unfortunately, at the tukwila location, on multiple occasions I have smelled body odor on one of the wait staff. Same person all three times. I can smell it everytime the person walks by to assist others and then even more so when helping my table. I assumed it was a fluke the first time. Grossed out the second time. Third time, means this is the person's hygiene standard. Would be nice if managment would step in and rectify this. The renton location is a little further, but I maybe going there from now on. I wont say the persons name here, but I dont think it will be a mystery to the staff. Hope they are able to change this.
