My boyfriend took me here for dinner, we love dumplings and he has been here before, it was my first time. We were seated promptly! The restaurant is very spacious and has a good esthetic to it. Our server came by to take our order, and I'll be honest. We ordered alot, what I didn't love was the server asking if we were sure we needed that much lol. I guess my boyfriend and I really are big backs. I could have done without the comment, but alas they were still polite none the less. The food started to come out, big hits for me were the Gyoza, Cucumber Salad, Chicken Soup Dumpling, and their Dan Dan Noodles! We got several other dishes but I didn't love them as much, still good but not amazing! The dessert was honestly my favorite part of the whole meal! A delicious banana dessert. Would love to come back here, but now that we know our favorites we would probably order less! (The drinks they serve here are also very good!)

to express my deep frustration with the experience I had with your restaurant recently. I’ve enjoyed dining in at your location twice the night before and had high expectations when I decided to place a delivery order through DoorDash. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable.

My delivery arrived missing half the items I ordered, with no utensils or condiments included. I immediately reached out to your team to resolve the issue, only to be put on hold five different times, each time being told to “wait another 5 minutes.” Eventually, I was hung up on, and no resolution was ever provided.

Not only did I not get to eat what I paid for, but I was also never refunded. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers.

I gave your restaurant a fair chance based on my positive dine-in visits, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the incomplete order and a serious improvement in how customer service issues are handled. - No one likes to be ignored and hung up on!!

They offers delicious and elegantly crafted food that makes it easily for beginners to get introduced to Chinese pastry cooking. However, Jian Bing Guo Zi should be named by its Chinese, instead of “Chinese Crepe.” It was super good, crafted crispy and thin. The sauce they used with more fruity than the traditional sweet sauce. Xiajiao was crafted with innovation, I can taste the “freshness, “the flavor of Xian in Chinese. Jiu Cai He Zi, pan fried chives dumplings’ should be filled with a hand-chopped small portion, not machine-diced sediments

In town for business and my nephew suggested this place. What a treat. Everything was delicious. From the noodles to the dumplings and the bao. Great service as well. Totally recommend this place.

My friends and I received two gift cards to eat here. However, I felt like we barely had enough dishes to eat, and they were out of all the milk teas. Overall, I don't think it was worth the $200. It was also difficult to get assistance from a server; we often had to walk up to the register for help.

Make sure to get all the “Must try” all the paper they hand it to you. Beautiful decorations and excellent foods.

The food is good, if you order food for delivery, they are extremely cheap and do not include any sauce, ginger or cutlery. Be prepared to eat with your hands and without any flavor if you’re ordering to a hotel. I do live in town and have never received any condiments, 4-5 orders. I called once to ask if they could add sauces because I never receive them and basically got hung up on.

So, so disappointed. We are huge fans of the other Dough Zones and had been waiting for this one. They wouldn't even honor the birthday coupon....this is how you start your new location, by not discounting the birthday customer? Furthermore, no wi-fi, and the waitstaff said it's because of the manager, even though everyone is asking. Come on guys. Give the people what they want, a great experience! Might explain why the place was empty. Will try again someday perhaps.

I’ve been wanting to try Dough zone for a while now. I’m so happy I did me and my boyfriend are a young couple. Honestly we love saving money but we also wanna be young and go out. This place is perfect for that. It not expensive compared to other restaurants. But the quality is something you get from a high end restaurant. When me and my boyfriend went there was no wait we got seated right away. Customer was perfect not to pushy but welcoming. The food omg so good here’s a list of what we got Sweet and sour cucumber,Pand fried wontons, Chicken potstickers, and Soup dumpling. The cucumber was fresh, the pand fried wontons were delectable, the potsticker had so much flavor , the soup dumpling hit the spot. We spent $39 dollars that’s 20 per person that’s so good during this time. I honestly recommend i’ll grab some pictures next time I go.

Kind of fusion style Asian food. Very clean place and friendly servers. The food portion is on the smaller side. My soup dumplings were good. The wonton soup broth was a little greasy. The chive dumpling’s filling was a bit watery and bland. Overall okay place for a quick lunch.

We’ve visited this newer location seven or eight times, dined in the first week it was open and picked up takeout this week. All our visits were great and on par with the other locations. Great service and not too busy. Wonderful eats. Would recommend.

We had so many different things and they were all extremely flavorful and delicious. All of the employees were very friendly and very prompt with refilling drinks. They all exude pride in the food they serve and the job they do which is rare nowadays.

We had the Green Onion Pancake, Beef Pancake Roll, Beef Stew Noodle Soup, Banana Naan Bread, Beef steamed dumplings, Thai Milk Tea and Sour Plum Juice.

Try it all! Your tastebuds will thank you for it!
