This shop is so cute, outside and in. Staff were great, staff helped me pick out a banh mi and it was loaded! The extra pate was actually extra! The matcha drink was made with love! Theres lots of parking and pretty fast service!

Came here before a USCIS appointment up the street. Chicken banh mi was tasty and felt enormous. Coconut slushy coffee was VERY rich and refreshing. Super cute and fairly priced place. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend $10 on tasty coffee and sunny outdoor seating instead of overpriced public parking.

Very good food . Home cooked kind of vibe and flavor is incredible well made fresh ingredients. Nice sized portions . Very clean and nice atmosphere. Super friendly staff . Really good coffee choices.. plenty of seating. Will be coming here anytime I'm in the area . 10 stars
