My lamb and rice didn’t take long after I ordered! Absolutely lovely and tasty food!! I didn't know about this place , and the prices are very reasonable and affordable for family size dishes. I ordered lamb and rice for 3 people, and I was surprised at how much food was brought for $26!!! Tasty, affordable, and quick!!!
I love this place! It’s like a Somalian bodega! You feel right at home. Almost like your most natural element. The guys at the counter are cool. They handle your food with care and they’re really fast! And the portion size for the rice 🍚 and chicken 🍗 is spot on for $15. You can’t beat it! You’ll have the leftovers for at least two more eatings.
Highly recommended hole in the wall spot for conventional Somali food. The portions are very generous for the price. The building serves as a kind of rest stop for taxi drivers so it can get crowded and chaotic as people zip in and out but service is always attentive and polite. They're good dudes!
