Great American Casino Tukwila

We went for the food. The food was great, service was exceptional. The night bartender was so friendly and chatty.

I visited Great American Casino in Everett on June 20, 2026, arriving at approximately 4:30 PM during happy hour. My intention was to participate in the pull tab promotion being offered during that time period.

I repeatedly requested assistance from an employee identified as Jessica but was told she was too busy. While waiting, I observed other customers continuing to receive service. As a result, I was unable to purchase pull tabs before the happy hour promotion ended.

I felt that I was being treated differently from other customers and was effectively prevented from participating in the promotion despite being present during the eligible time period. When I raised concerns, a manager identified as Shawna told me that if I was unhappy, I should not return to the casino.

I am requesting that management review surveillance footage, transaction records, staffing decisions, and the administration of the happy hour promotion during my visit. I would also like an explanation as to why I was unable to receive service during the promotional period despite making repeated requests.

Bartender was crazy rude! Won't ever come back. Whole place was unwelcoming.

Everyone tells you how to play blackjack and its never the right strategy. A guy grabbed my hand and threatened to assault me.

The waitress was very nice and polite, the food is average, the fried rice is the best.

lost over five thousand dollars playing slot machine. the casino is against Jesus by there actions.

Seems like whenever Maverick took over everything went downhill. Not the same as it used to be.

Well I just want to say that I really do Love the Food, however; that chicken fettuccine I had was WAYYYY 2 HEAVY! I've been on the toilet and laying in a fetus position and sleeping It off for 4 Days! Man I was just there Tuesday September 23 2025 and a Nice gentleman who is a regular paid for My food. But I wish he was sitting right next to me when I was DOWN.

Nice little casino. Dealers are decent. Low minimums and easy.

A casino but also offers food and drinks. A nice place to hangout if you on budget. It can get ghetto sometimes, so you better not mind the noice, and just take it easy. Again the concert space can be charging a lot on drinks. So get your drink from, the casino and go to the concert space when tipsy enough.

Dancing area~ bith furniture & decor in general needs updating. The sister casino in Lakewood is more modern and has great appeal for comfort.
