The cashier was extremely polite and genuinely helpful. She walked me through signing up for Rewards so I could actually get the most out of my visit, and she did it with patience and good energy. The mozzarella bites were hot and really good, and the Watermelon Twist hit exactly how it needed to....fresh, sweet, and perfect for a quick break while working in the area. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m nearby for work.

I ordered off Uber Eats and had an issue with not receiving my order at all. The manager was very disrespectful and lacked every aspect of customer service. They refused to remake the order and then cancelled the order as I was on the phone with them. Will not be returning to this location again.

But also once that coffe arrive it taste blended and always firm the taste in the mouth and happy thoughts. Always but can’t Lao Ocean.

Recently getting Jamba Juice on my breaks and I always place a mobile order before hand so I can pick it up and head back to work. Service has been pretty good. Make sure to be nice to service workers, they are located in a pretty busy walking area in the mall, I’m sure it can get stressful when it’s busy inside.

Went for my birthday drink, the scanner wouldn’t work so they went ahead and made it for me anyway:) staff was friendly :)
I called my order in on the phone and at first they said they could not make my order as they did not understand that this smoothie is on the underground menu and then I told them they made the exact same order yesterday. Next they said they would make the order. When I arrived the order was not even started. Next they told me to get in line behind everyone else and they insisted that I needed to place my order on the tablet. I was paying with a card, so I had to get someones attention so I could place the order Again and Pay with my Card. The staff were exceptionally rude and less than helpful. And in the end they made them wrong, I order 3 large Strawberry Energizer and none of them had strawberries in them, they were all runny and had no smoothie to them. Poor customer service, and very Rude.
