The manager took my order. Got it wrong, and gave me a hard time even though I said I intended to pay more than what I was charged, and was willing to pay the correct amount to adjust the order.
I can't believe the drive thru will not sell me individual chicken pieces so I understand that they don't have 6 PCs in the menu. So I asked for a 6pcs individual and the drive thru said we don't sell 6pc I said I understand but I can get them individually he said they don't sell 6 PCs so I bought a four PCs chicken and there's three of us. I guess one of us can't eat cause KFC won't sell me 6pc individually. He is so rude.. I will not go there anymore. This KFC doesn't deserve...read full review

This is by far not an average KFC. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Super accommodating for a fast food restaurant. My order was wrong but they resolved it with 0 issue and I dumped 2 bowls of mashed potatoes on the ground by accident as they slid off the tray. They replaced them with a smile. Thank you
