I love Kitanda and they got the best acai bowls but the girl helping me was really rude. She did not have a good attitude, was not welcoming, wasn’t not trying to help me or engage. If it wasn’t for the acai bowl woulda walked out. Place needs better service!!

10 times better than Starbucks, quality and how foreign countries treat there customers. Buy a coffee no mandatory tip fee attached. Ordered a cup of cappuccino added a chocolate bar as thank you. Thank you

Customers at this location were absolutely rude to the workers today around 2 pm. Yelling at people doing their job is unacceptable i cannot believe i had to witness three grown women yell at the Muslim girl in the front. So surprised.

Came in around 2 pm when a family of three women screamed racial epithets at the Muslim girl working at the front. How horrid! The store was so busy she still kept working on orders as quickly as possible, I noticed her fighting back tears! By the time she got to our order gave us some samples and was soooooo kind! We apologized for how rude people were being and she still smiled and said it was okay! Customers: It is NOT okay to treat people badly! Please be kinder to the workers. Loved the beef rissoles and the Brazilian Latte!

Service was horrible. I was standing in line and no one helped so I moved to a different spot hoping they would help and other customers came and were helped right away. When I spoke to the girl was so rude so I left. Didn’t even get to try their drinks.

ive been here numerous of times and every single time ive been here, all the workers have such bad attitudes and it genuinely feels like they dont want to be there. not only that but each time i go in i only buy a redbull before i go into work and the price changes each time even though it's one can, the same size each time. one day im paying $2.18, one day im paying $3.25, yesterday i paid $4. It's a different price each time i go which is weird since theres already a set price for them?
