Merica and Lakyah were superb! Merica is very welcoming and kind, and Lakyah the supervisor went above and beyond to help me out with a small mistake on my to go order. They both made sure everything was sorted out perfectly and I left happy. One of the many reasons I keep coming back! Give them a raise employees truly to appreciate!

It was really busy today so things were a little slow but our server Antonio was really polite, checked in, and chased down our food fast. The gyudon was super good, and I highly recommend the shoyu ramen. Also, their black tea is super rich and I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. (It is sweetened, if that's not your thing)

their employees have threatened to hurt customers they dont like. so far this place hasnt condemned it even though its been days

Favorite place to eat, ever. Always get the chicken shoyu ramen. Only place I know of with onigiri! Sometimes I come just to grab that to go. Potato croquette is delicious and an amazing texture. Huckleberry lemon drop is to DIE for, most delicious cocktail I’ve ever had. Server Nathaniel is an absolute angel! Amazing service, fantastic personality, and goes above and beyond to deliver a great experience.

A cute location- looks more fancier than it is, was only a 5-minute wait for a party of five, and the prices were pretty comparable. Plus, how can you go wrong with ramen? Yum.
Only reason for the four is because the Katsu was a little tough and skimpy on the portions.

I’m kinda annoyed because I have to drive for an hour to get 2 curry karaage rice dish to go. I got there at the Southcenter branch and they gave me a nicely bagged food and I drove away. An hour passed and I finally got home. When I opened the bag what a surprise! I found a bowl of soup and a salad! Men what an experience! I’m disappointed.

A very underwhelming experience. While beef guydon was good, takoyaki were ok and onigiri were so awful (essentially a ton of rice with a tiny bit of filling in it) that we sent it back to the kitchen

They have the best Ramen I’ve ever had and when I’m having that craving, I can go nowhere else to have it satisfied. The service is always excellent and the employees are always helpful and polite
