Nice and simple casual restaurant; easy parking, and absolutely great food. Queso dip, chips, salsas, rellenos, pastelitos, a chicken special and guacamole, all delicious! And perfect margaritas too. Nice variety of things to choose from. I will be back soon. Rosa provided lovely service!
Coming from Houston, this place is a top-5 Honduran/Mexican joint in my book. Nothing fancy, but an interesting drink menu, and overall great food. Carnitas were crisp but still tender and juicy, not dried out. And you know the salsas are gonna kick when they come in bottles with no labels. Home made goodness.
Food was decent! Not amazing but not bad either. We got the tajadas with fried chicken and it was pretty good. The chicken stayed crispy even though it was drenched in sauce. I expected the banana chips to be crispy and was quite disappointed that it was soggy. The sauce was a bit heavy for me. I liked it for the first three bites. I would recommend saving the free chips to eat it with this dish.
