I’m a longtime customer of Nordstrom restaurants. I always get the crab bisque at their restaurants, and I was very disappointed in the crab bisque at Ruscello. It was basically their tomato soup with a couple of pieces of crab in it. That’s not what their crab bisque is supposed to be. Gotta try the tomorrow basil soup with extra crustinis or the salmon pasta. Staff always kind ans attentive. Affordable. If your with Someone that loves to shop, a perfect place to sit and look at your phone while your people shop.

I’ve ordered takeout here a few times. I’ve always noticed that portions are not reflective of cost.
The food looks so great, but it doesn’t taste like it costs. Things are either under-seasoned or have poor texture. Their aioli tastes good.
Hard to justify spending here. It doesn’t feel very special.
