I’m a longtime customer of Nordstrom restaurants. I always get the crab bisque at their restaurants, and I was very disappointed in the crab bisque at Ruscello. It was basically their tomato soup with a couple of pieces of crab in it. That’s not what their crab bisque is supposed to be. I also don’t think you should get your soda refill from a carafe where the soda has been sitting for a while. For the caliber of a Nordstrom restaurant, you should...
Gotta try the tomorrow basil soup with extra crustinis or the salmon pasta. Staff always kind ans attentive. Affordable. If your with Someone that loves to shop, a perfect place to sit and look at your phone while your people shop.
This is a lovely department-store dining experience. We held our book club meeting here. Staff was accommodating; attentive, but not intrusive. Noise level was perfect for an intimate discussion, despite the restaurant being active. Would recommend on all levels
