The best restaurant in Seattle under new management. Food and service are great. We will visit again. Highly recommended.
Their speciality is roasted chicken. The other foods are from the Philippines, lumpia, pancit and adobo chicken. very tasty. Friendly service
It's been awhile since the last time I ate here at Max's ( it was actually a week after the grand opening was the first and last) till today.
Today was different ... and I'm glad I came back.
Not only very happy with the taste of the food choices I ordered and also the people who works here especially Rochelle.
Rochelle is very nice and friendly.Talking about exceptional costumer service.
Foods are delicious and will definitely coming back to try more of the food.

Max's Restaurant, Cuisine of the Philippines offers a very good place if you really want to eat Filipino cuisine. The food is delicious and hot, cooked absolutely perfect, and served fairly fast. The people are very welcoming and accommodating, providing good service, though the restaurant could benefit from clearer descriptions on the menu. The portions are perfect, and the atmosphere is pretty great, homey, with a very open and modern space with lots of seating, especially for large parties. The crispy pata is a standout dish, perfectly crispy and juicy with a delicious sauce. The lumpian shanghai is a very good appetizer. The fried chicken has crispy skin, while the Lechon (pork belly) is a favorite. Other recommended dishes include sinigang with pork, kare kare with oxtail, garlic fried rice, and halo halo with jelly and flan. The sago at gulaman is also a highlight. The staff was great to work with for a large birthday party. Max's Restaurant is a great choice for those seeking authentic Filipino food, whether dining in or taking out.
