Amazing spot! My family and I are regulars here. We think the food is delicious, and customer service has always been nice. We have never gotten sick from here before comparing to other spots. A lot better spot than Pho 88 near Walmart. The atmosphere here is why we always come back. It's not pushy or anything when it comes to picking a table or the amount of time we spend there.
Pho Tai never misses, but the Southcenter location? It just hits different. The broth is everything — rich, clean, and layered with flavor in a way that feels like it’s been simmering with real care. You can taste the depth in every sip, and that’s what makes or breaks pho… and they absolutely nail it here.

However, today, I ordered the chicken teriyaki for the first time, and I was disappointed. The chicken had grill marks but was oddly chewy and spongy, and the rice was a bit hard—not as fluffy.
