Pho Tai never misses, but the Southcenter location? It just hits different. The broth is everything — rich, clean, and layered with flavor in a way that feels like it’s been simmering with real care. My wife and I have been to this restaurant about four times. Our second visit was decent—the business owner was attentive, and the customer service was warm.

However, today, I ordered the chicken teriyaki for the first time, and I was disappointed. The chicken had grill marks but was oddly chewy and spongy, and the rice was a bit hard—not as fluffy. The sauce, with a ginger glaze, was watery and not thick like a traditional teriyaki. After...

my family and i have been going here for 20+ years and its still as good as the first time we came here, portion sizes and flavors are all there. i do miss the old owners though, they were the sweetest.
