Without a doubt, the worst latte I’ve ever had. 7$, took a long time and cold when it was meant to be hot. I didn’t try the donuts. Hope they are delicious.

The donuts I got were delicious and I can’t wait to go back and try the red velvet donut. The lady named Jasmine that was working when I went here the other day was so nice and had great customer service. Thank you Jasmine!

Best service and donuts of my life

This is definitely one of those places you try once just to say you did! It’s good, but flavor wise it was lacking a bit. The donuts, however, are absolutely delicious. Drinks were also yummy. Nice crunch & cheese pull from the corn dogs. But with the price point, I was expecting it to wow me! We paid roughly $60 for everything in this photo.

Overpriced for a novel experience, but the food is tasty, could definitely work and improve on their customer service.

This is one of the most PAINFUL memories I have. The hot cheetos corn dog made me throw up painfully all day. It hurt my stomach and gave me food poisoning.

Take more than 35 minutes just 1 corndog?

I came in on Wednesday afternoon and I wasn't happy with my experience. Everything went pretty normal until I saw the girl in front (with black hair and fake lashes) scratch her face and then touch other customers’ food with that same hand. To top it off, the two corn dogs I ordered ended up having RAW dough. For corn dogs priced at $7 each, anyone would have expected better. I’ve been to other Mochinut locations and I’ve never had a problem so I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I won’t be back, but I hope this location can train their employees to be a lot more hygienic and cook food more appropriately.

Made a half dozen donut purchase
Took them home and opened it after 2 hrs and it was surprizingly SUPER soggy and oily. I've had mochi donuts Multiple times before but never experienced such. It was to the level you do not want to put them in your mouth. As if it was dipped in water.

Called their store and explained and the male employee said
Ya it happens. Cuz we use rice flour
So we can't do anything for you.

I asked if I could write a review about this and he said "ya go ahead"

Bad food. Bad customer service.

Out of the 4 people working, the 1 person from the back spoke after we placed our order on the screen. Ughhhh kids that have no care about their job makes it hard to patronize these places. Asked for the Korean dog to be cooked a bit less due to my son’s braces, yet they burnt it, while the family in front of us had nice brown hotdogs. Bummer that I can only go to South Lake Union

4/12/2023: Nice location in the food court. Love the donut flavors. The corndog was okay, I find them to be a bit too oily although they taste good and they're nice and crunchy. Self order at the register. Extra charge if you want to separate your order into smaller boxes.

My daughter and her friends went today and they all have been vomiting non stop. Pretty sure it’s food poisoning. We used to eat here all the time so I don’t know what method has changed or what is going on at this location but corporate needs to come and fix this issue!
