I used to live across the street from a Nordstrom and would go into their coffee bar almost daily so I was excited to find out there was one not far from where I now live. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this location. I placed an order for delivery and was told not long after that two of my four items were out of stock. That was a little frustrating but I was still excited to get my favorite coffee and a croissant. My order finally arrives and the croissant is ROCK hard-like I couldn’t even bite into it. The iced coffee I ordered was just okay-not great, and to top it off, they didn’t give me a straw. First and last time ordering from this location.

This is my go to Cafe when I'm at this mall, super convenient location as its right between Nordstroms and Lululemon, plenty of sitting tables and the coffee is always on par, the Nordstroms Cafe to me taste better then Starbucks and I'm a huge Starbucks fan. I recommend the vanilla latte less sweet so only half the vanilla 2 pumps.

Great spot! I walked all over the mall to find it because of the other reviews. Had a golden latte and they were accommodating enough to leave out the honey at my request and it was still delicious. Staff was lovely and kind. Service was quick.

Poor quality of coffee. Very bitter & leaves a burnt after taste. Awful. $6 latte?? Seriously? That’s outrageous!! There are much better coffee places for the same price. I’d go to Starbucks instead even though it’s a chain but still way better than this.

I go for their smoothies and fresh juice. I love that they make it fresh right then and there and saw a good amount of fresh fruits and veggies included in the drinks. Cost is about $8 and totally worth it. Their PB&P (Peanut butter and Protein) Shake is also rich and delicious and with natural peanut butter and dark chocolate as some of the ingredients mixed in it. If you loved their old fruititude juice/smoothie stand at the top floor of Nordstrom, know that it's not there anymore (they sell baked pastries up there now) and instead they consolidated fruititude juices and shakes with Ebar. I uploaded the current menu and prices on here as well! I Recommend Doctors Order, Mean Green, PB&P, and their Almond Latte Great service and delicious healthy high quality options!

Chai was good but extra 2 dollars for alternative milk 6$ for 12oz chai latte. The label was marked as just a lavender chai latte distinction should be written that alternative milk was used!!!! As a confirmation that an alternative milk was in fact used!!!
Staff was terribly rude to my husband. They discriminated against us. I don't recommend this business anymore.

First of all I have to say, I use to love the this place until the management started talking down to their employees. I found it disturbing, disgusting, and rude. I couldn't believe what I was seeing/ hearing. These young kids didn't want to come forward because they didn't want to lose their jobs. If I ever go back to this place (which I probably won't), I DO NOT want to see that manager there! I will let me friend know what type of establishment this place is that let's it's management speak to its employees in that manner. Enough said.

Either the coffee is too bitter, sour, watery or just plain bad. Not when it comes to Nordstrom. Every time I order a cup, it's delicious. My favorite order is the almond milk iced coffee with sugar free chocolate sauce. It's delicious. I make it a point to go out of my way to visit this place because the coffee is so good.
