friendly folks and service - but i really don't get the hype of Olive Garden. I get it, when you're there you're family but we came here as a large party - service was great, seated fairly quickly and food even came out in a reasonable time but all the pasta that came out was legit cold to the touch. the cheeses were congealing and one dish was completely forgotten, so we waited for it, everyone else ended up finishing eating before the last plate was brought...
The food isn't what it use to be, at this location, or it could have just been a bad day. Everything they tried to replace, came out worse. It just has went downhill, they served me a slice of cake that was still frozen in the center. Yuck!! Hopefully, they will do better in the future, but it literally put a bad taste in my mouth my last visit.
I want to be clear that my 5 star review is based on this evening's experience, although I have been to this location many times, it has been awhile. Tonight my husband and I decided to eat here. It was pretty busy, but thankfully we were able to be seated right away! Our server was great! Very outgoing and knowledgeable of the menu.
