The manager, Rachel was exceptional at her job. There was only her (taking our orders, grabbing new foods, and talking to the workers in the kitchen about her needs for new ones.) By the time I got to her, another lady has ordered a family meal I believe.. so they ran out of string bean. She offered for me to wait just 3 mins and told me that it’s better fresh anyways. We had a fine experience at Panda Express. It’s nothing special, but it’s a solid, relatable Chinese fast food place. In our experience, the staff was great, very quick and efficient, and we had no problems. In fact, they gave us very large portions that left us feeling very full considering their comparatively low prices.
Our food was wrong and I went to tell them about it they had not problem fixing it and still making sure we had what we asked for. They were very nice and respectful they have drinks you can sample if you not sure which one you want
