We had the best dinner here on the last day of our vacation! We had searched for a restaurant that serves Live Dungeness Crabs and came across Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar! It was the perfect way to end our vacation!! The food was delicious and our waitress Cherie was the best! Great atmosphere and kid friendly!

This is a shoutout to Indiana aka “Indie”. We had a party of 20 people for our two birthday girls and he handled us with so much care and professionalism. He made it not only easy for us but for himself as well. He continued to check in on us and make sure that all of us were taken care of WHILE working with his other customers. He deserves a raise for how hard working he is! Thank you Indie! Keep being you! 5/5 will absolutely recommend!

Food ok.,portions ok, just simple food nothing spectacularly, plastic forks and knifes and no plates.

Friendly server but as far as the food goes, mussels were rubbery and fried oysters were small and mostly batter, couldn’t taste much oyster. Husband liked his fried catfish and especially the chicken-okra gumbo. Prices were pretty reasonable but overall experience was just ok. I wouldn’t go back.

The seafood boil was exceptional, featuring succulent snow crab legs, mussels, and shrimp, complemented by flavorful corn. 🦀🌽 The ambiance of the restaurant was very pleasant. 🤩 Service however, leaves a lot to be desired. During my one hour stay, nobody came to refill the water or take away the trash.

Our first visit proved to be an amazing experience. Two people can share an appetizer (like clam chowder) and their Low Country Bowl (crab, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes) and leave with a happy & full experience. Yum!

The king crab is $82 and we got 2 legs…. Very disappointing… waiter only came to our table to take our order then to give the check.. never checked in with us at all… 3 tables from us 2 girls were screaming at each other and slamming down the metal bowls and no one stepped in to stop it…
Traveled from out of state and was told if I wanted seafood this was the place to go… I’ll definitely not be back…. The only decent thing was the girl who seated us was very kind and polite

Happy hour from 3 to 7 Monday till Friday.

The food here is good, as always, but the service from our server was terrible. Our server was also the bartender. She took a long time to take our order, and when our food arrived, she never checked on us to see if we needed anything.

My husband had to ask for the utensils we needed, and her response was, “What did you say you need?” while rolling her eyes. She was constantly checking on her other tables, but seemed to ignore ours completely.

If your goal was to train her not to be hospitable, then she did a great job. She was more focused on flirting with a coworker than providing customer service.

We will not be coming back because of this experience. One employee who doesn’t know how to treat guests with respect can ruin an otherwise enjoyable meal.

I’ve loved this place for years and they’ve never once disappointed me. Good food, fair prices, friendly service. I’ve taken several friends to Pier 88, and all of them have come back on their own to dine again.

Delicious

We had dinner. Snow crab legs, king crab legs, shrimp and clam chowder. All delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
