Normally I used to go to eat at this place Sarku Japan in the South center mall, but lately the food no longer has the same flavor, and on top of that they don't fulfill the promises of the app's rewards, I have earned credit and every time I go They look for an excuse not to accept it, don't fall for these people's lies, as I said before, the food in that place no longer tastes good, sometimes it even feels rotten, it's not healthy, I imagine they don't clean the kitchen either.Parking: Apart from all that, finding parking is very difficult, in total it is not recommended to go there.

I always love stopping here when I'm in the mall. I usually get the Chicken Teriyaki and it's always consistent and I recommend it!

Worst Sakura been to. Had beef and shrimp teriyaki and it had absolutely no flavor. And had a rubbery texture which equate to temderizing the worse and tough cut of meat. Also the veggies seem like it was steamed since yesterday. It was mushy and had a rot smell to it. Also rice didn't seem fully cooked. It's taste like they didn't put enough water during the cooking process. Not a good place to spend you money for a meal. I mean there was no effort in making the food flavorful. Plus the guy calling out the order numbers cant be understood. He mumbled and the people ahead of me and I also couldn't figure out which meals was ours. Because he was mumbling.This was 2-4-24 @ aroound 1pm.Much better food stands in food court.

I've been a loyal customer at Saraku Japan for over a decade, and their food has consistently impressed me with its delicious taste. However, I've noticed a decline in the overall customer experience recently. One major issue is that the portion size has decreased while the prices remain high, which is disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and maintain the quality that initially drew me to their restaurant.

I still love this place because when it comes to fast, fresh, delicious teriyaki, I always come here and get it as a lunch or dinner kind of thing. I so love their steamed vegetables because the seasonings is perfect ?! Highly recommended! Love love love it ?

At Southcenter mall tonight we decided on Sarku Japan. My husband had the chicken bento box and I the shrimp. Both of us found our food so bland and boring. I wish we had made a different choice.
