I've been a loyal customer at Saraku Japan for over a decade, and their food has consistently impressed me with its delicious taste. However, I've noticed a decline in the overall customer experience recently. One major issue is that the portion size has decreased while the prices remain high, which is disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and maintain the quality that initially drew me to their restaurant.
Went to Sarku Japan for like idk a gazillion time lol! I still love this place because when it comes to fast, fresh, delicious teriyaki, I always come here and get it as a lunch or dinner kind of thing. I so love their steamed vegetables because the seasonings is perfect ?! Highly recommended! Love love love it ?
