5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Sunday October 5th, 2025, my wife and I got the new churro / chocolate drizzle cinnamon bites, the young woman working at 6:45 pm and the young man but especially the young woman was very professional, very hard worker, she seems very bright and should be given a raise and promoted immediately to upper management. The young man also was very respectful and a gentleman. Thank you! You're the best wetzels BY FAR!
Not sure if this was a one off but by the other reviews, it seems normal. Waited 35 minutes for our online order. It didn't seem busy at all but by the time we got our pretzels, we were already late to where we had to be. Not only that but the hot dog bites were so greasy and one piece was burnt and the pizza bites were cold. No excuses for not having a fresh order after waiting so long. I give the guy props for offering a free drink since we waited but we already had a bad taste...read full review
