I went with a huge fan of Wetzel's and got an original. The service was mall service. The prezel tasted like someone had half baked a Safeway french bread and forgot to add salt. It reminded me of a Fair scone. Big expectations and hype, then you're left wondering why it's just a biscuit, or in this case, a half baked piece of unsalted french bread.

It's a mall store so I can't really give him props for atmosphere. The service was so so, not great. The product was really, really good. Very tasty. Prices were not horrible for the mall. All in all I really enjoy the pretzels. Get the cheese.

This is the worst pretzel I've ever had me and my mother went there and we were both dissatisfied the Pretzel was burnt rough and tough hard to chew tasteless if there was no salt you wouldn't be able to taste anything the cheese was disgusting it tasted like it was fake we will never be going back here again and we will definitely be letting people know how horrible it tasted and how horrible they were

In the past my family and I have received great service and thought that this location was very ethical, however today 3/13 was completely opposite. We witnessed the cashier give his friends free food on the side of the kiosk while over 10 families waited patiently. In fact it was the last bags of pretzels so all of us had to wait even longer. When we asked to speak to the manager, “David obviously didn’t care because all he said was ok. He ignored everything we had to say. The cashier identified himself/herself as Vanessa and had the attitude that it didn’t matter what we said, he/she wasn’t going to be in trouble. Almost as if it’s ok to give away free food at this location. If this location is losing money it’s not because of the economy but internal theft. Very sad…hopefully things change because I would hate for this location to go under like many other business because of controllable losses.

My first time trying this spot and even though I liked the pepperoni pretzel bits I got, the price really threw me off. $16 for a small dip, like 7 pepperoni bits, and a lemonade(which was $5 by itself and nothing to write home about)? Any other place has a 'meal deal' price for things which I thought this had but it seemed like this was all put in separately. Not bad at all tastewise but seems hella overpriced for what you get.

This place has mediocre pretzels with almost no salt and the worst frozen lemonade I have ever tasted. The frozen lemonade was so sour and sweet I had to throw it away.

I went to buy a pretzel Sunday (Father's Day) and the gal at the counter said she didn't open until 12:15. It was 12:06 so I decided to wait a few. She then comes back at 12:15 and said food won't be ready for another 20 minutes. She could have let me know that up front. Don't they open at 11am? She just got there. Disappointed to say the least. I of course decided not to wait any longer...

They honestly deserve zero stars. The disrespectful and lazyman that was there today 3/12/22, should be fired. He was hateful, and very rude. He's lucky I didn't reach across that counter and hit him in his face. Please get rid of him if you'd like you store to do better. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has experienced this behavior and attitude. I finally decided to try this place becuase the line was shorter than Auntie Anne's, and now I know why. Never, will I go to another location.

Today was the 4th time I have come to this place because I love Wetzel Pretzel but this particular place here in the mall is bad. I come here alot to get food from my favorite restaurant, at different times of any day, so I was thrilled when I saw Wetzel Pretzel opened here. 1st visit: no one was there 2nd: girl said there were no pretzels 3rd: 30 min wait and now today, I didn't get a chance to ask anything because I was just standing there waiting for the guy and the girl to finish talking. Just plain rude! I would have waited longer but I expected someone to say "I'll be right with you or can you give us a sec?" I walked away. I rarely write reviews but enough is enough. Y'all need better customer service. Period.

The guy working was really nice and even when my coupon wouldn't scan he gave me the discount! I always enjoy going to Wetzel's pretzels it's my favorite pretzel place over Auntie Anne's for sure!

It’s a decent pretzel place if you’re looking for quick service. I’d give it 5 stars for the flavors that they offer, but they are almost always out of the regular pretzel. I always have to settle for the pepperoni ones. Plus, you can tell those ones have been sitting out for a few hours. Unless you go when the mall opens, they are never truly fresh.I also am not a fan of their drink options. The lemonade has way too much sugar and I’m pretty disappointed with that. I’ll get a pretzel from here if I’m really wanting one, but you’re better off going anywhere else.
