5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Sunday October 5th, 2025, my wife and I got the new churro / chocolate drizzle cinnamon bites, the young woman working at 6:45 pm and the young man but especially the young woman was very professional, very hard worker, she seems very bright and should be given a raise and promoted immediately to upper management. The young man also was very respectful and a gentleman. Thank you! You're the best wetzels BY FAR!
It's a mall store so I can't really give him props for atmosphere. The service was so so, not great. The product was really, really good. Very tasty. Prices were not horrible for the mall. All in all I really enjoy the pretzels. Get the cheese.
My first time trying this spot and even though I liked the pepperoni pretzel bits I got, the price really threw me off. $16 for a small dip, like 7 pepperoni bits, and a lemonade(which was $5 by itself and nothing to write home about)? Any other place has a 'meal deal' price for things which I thought this had but it seemed like this was all put in separately. Not bad at all tastewise but seems hella overpriced for what you get.
