“It's a mall store so I can't really give him props for atmosphere. The service was so so, not great. The product was really, really good. Very tasty. Prices were not horrible for the mall. All in all I really enjoy the pretzels. Get the cheese.“

“It’s a good spot but do not eat or drink here if you have any food allergies or intolerances, the staff literally didn’t know what cross-contamination meant. I also had a problem with them charging my card twice so double check your bank statement.“

“I went to this Auntie Anne's years ago while working at the Southcenter Mall. It was a great choice for brunch or an early breakfast when there wasn't a lot of people there. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel is amazing! The place can get very crowded and the line very long, but it's still a good choice for a to-go snack.“
